Noah's Arc, The Restful Mind

The name Noah comes from the Hebrew "Noach" "repose." As we have already said the bible is a book of eastern mysticism. It is describing the inner workings of your mind and its place in and of creation. The story of Noah’s Ark is actually describing how we are to create a restful mind. We are to prepare our arc, our boat or our inner place of safety, before our emotional storms come and floods overwhelm us.

Genesis 7:2
Of every clean beast thou shalt take to thee by sevens, the male and his female: and of beasts that are not clean by two, the male and his female.

Beasts (animals) in the bible represent are our thoughts. Beasts specifically are the thoughts of the carnal mind. Fowl are the thoughts of our higher spiritual mind.

“Of every clean beast thou shalt take to thee by sevens, the male and his female”

Of every clean (spiritual) thought of the carnal mind we are to take seven. That is we are to balance the knowledge of good and evil (male and female) within our 7 chakras.
“and of beasts that are not clean by two, the male and his female”
We are also to balance the good and evil of the unspiritual thoughts of the carnal mind.

Genesis 7:6
And Noah was six hundred years old when the flood of waters was upon the earth.

The number 6 is allegorical. It represents the 6thage or the age of Pisces. Pisces is ruled by Neptune the god of the sea (water). In biblical symbolism water is synonymous with truth and earth is the symbol of our lower mind. Also the 6th chakra is the 3rd eye or single eye as Jesus called it.

And Noah was six hundred years old when the flood of waters was upon the earth.

And the Noah (the restful mind) was in the 6th age (chakra or single eye) when the waters of truth were flooded upon it.

Genesis 7:10
And it came to pass after seven days, that the waters of the flood were upon the earth.

The number 7 is allegorical. It represents the 7th Chakra, the crown chakra. It is also symbolic for the sabbath. On the 7th day (when you enter the 7th chakra) the water (truth) will be upon the mind and no further work (rain) was needed. We are not to work on the sabbath.

Also of interest…
In mysticism 40 days and 40 nights means 6000 years. From the time of Adam to now it is approximately 6000 years.

Be not a minster of the letter (literal).
