MUT, THE GODDESS

A symbol of the buddhic plane as containing the archetypal forms of all things on the lower planes.

"Mut, the ‘mother,’ was the wife of Amen, and the second member of the Theban triad. . . . She symbolized Nature, the mother of all things."

"At times the goddess Mut seems to be indentified with Nut, 'the sky.'” - BUDGE, The Mummy, pp. 116, 289.

Buddhi, the receiver and bringer forth, is allied with Atma (Amen) and is the second in the Divine triad atma-buddhi-manas. She contains the archetypal patterns of all the species of living forms on the three lower planes. Buddhi thereby identifies herself with space (Nut) on her own plane of being.
