MARKS OF JESUSA symbol of the intuitions of the causal-body, which is the vehicle of the Higher Self. “From henceforth let no man trouble me: for I bear in my body the marks of the Lord Jesus.” – Galatians vi. 17. Henceforward no merely rational considerations shall have weight with me; for I bear the intuition of Truth in the Christ-vehicle, or causal-body, within me, which shall place me above the subtle reasonings of logicians and the dubious authority of literalists and historians, by giving me direct knowledge of truth. (The lower is the vehicle of the higher; but until the relationship between plane and plane is established in the soul, so that consciousness may pass and repass, there can be no consciousness below of any functionings above.
