BIBLE VERSES

CRIPPLES ABSENT FROM THE VARA

Signifying that in the involutionary cycle all monads are perfect, and capable of carrying out the work which is set for them.

"And God saw everything that he had made, and behold, it was very good." - GENESIS. i. 31.

"There should be no cripples, or diseased; no poverty, no meanness there." - Vendidad, II. S. B. of E.

The "cripples" are said to be rejected from the lower quaternary (vara); for there must be no imperfection in the Archetypal Man. The "diseased," "poverty," and “ meanness" refer to states adverse to the carrying out of the work assigned to the monads.
